Dr. Conner spent a significant portion of her career as a project, program, and portfolio manager at FedEx. Her leadership work focused on enterprise-level integration and strategic marketing initiatives.

She has experience leading global resources to deliver strategies that support organizational growth and sustainability.

Teaching & Research

Dr. Conner teaches at the University of Memphis and previously served as faculty and Lead Faculty Area Chair at the University of Phoenix. Her teaching spans undergraduate and graduate business programs, delivered online, on-site, and in blended formats.

For her doctoral research, she used a Delphi study to recommend project management best practices with applicability across project-based organizations, regardless of industry.

Dr. Conner previously served on the board of the PMI Memphis chapter as Vice President of Professional Development.
