Larissa Hanpeter

Professional Experience

Larissa has led initiatives across nonprofit, association, government contracting, and global corporate environments. Her work includes talent strategy, process improvement, change management, and large-scale systems implementations.

She has directed multimillion-dollar HR and operational transformation initiatives, including HRIS implementations, learning management system deployments, compensation redesign, benefits integrations, ISO certification efforts, pay equity initiatives, and global job architecture transformations.

She works with stakeholders to manage risk, support adoption, and deliver sustainable change, with experience advising executive teams and boards.

Teaching & Research

As Director of Professional Development and Human Resources Administrative Services for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, Larissa leads employee development, leadership training, onboarding, compliance, and engagement initiatives.

Her work includes building learning programs and developing teams and organizational cultures. She remains active in continuous learning, innovation, and leadership development.

Larissa serves on the Human Resources Leadership Forum Board.
