Professional Experience

Susan’s experience includes a decade implementing information technology projects for the U.S. Department of Defense. Her work spans risk management and both traditional and Agile project management.

Teaching & Research

Susan develops and teaches project management, risk management, Agile, and leadership courses. Her teaching roles include Post University, the University of Virginia, and Montclair State University.

At the University of Virginia, she coordinates the Project Management Certificate Program and develops Agile project management instruction. She is also an author and mentor.
