What’s Included in the $2,334 Success Assurance Bundle:

• Comprehensive Training: 35 hours of instructor-led training covering the exam mindset and core knowledge areas.
• PMI Membership: One full year of membership in the Project Management Institute.
• Exam Fees: The cost of your first PMP® exam attempt is included in this bundle.
• Study Material: Official PMI-developed curriculum as well as practice questioned designed to prepare you for the exam
• Concierge Support from an experienced instructor: Access to a 4 hours of Concierge Study Hall post-bootcamp to review mock exam questions and refine your preparation.

The Success Assurance Model: Your Path to Certification

To qualify for our Success Assurance protections, students must meet the following professional requirements:

1. Confirm Eligibility: Pre-enrollment, you will apply and be accepted to take the PMP Exam
2. Pre-Class Acknowledgement Form: Review and electronically sign the "Student Success Agreement" sent to your enrollment email. This form must be completed one business day prior to the first hour of class.
3. Attendance: Complete 100% of the multi-day bootcamp and all 35 training hours
4. Preparation: Complete all provided practice questions and meet Project Management Experts' suggested readiness thresholds (75% on standard mocks, 90% on Mastery Builder)
5. Timeline: Sit for your first exam attempt within 30 calendar days of completing the course
6. Extra Concierge Coaching: If you do not pass on the first or second attempt, you must notify Project Management Experts within 3 calendar days and provide your score report. You will then pay a $275 pass-through fee for a retake voucher and complete mandatory 1:1 Concierge Coaching before your next attempt.

The Success Assurance Refund Provision

In the unlikely event that a student completes all required milestones and does not achieve a passing score after three attempts, Project Management Experts will issue a refund of $1,750 (allocated to the cost of the bootcamp tuition).

• Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Project Management Experts within 5 calendar days of the failed attempt.
• Limit of Liability: Project Management Experts' total liability is strictly limited to the $1,750 tuition refund. This provision does not cover the PMI membership, initial exam fees, or retake fees.

Important Note on Affirm Financing:

• Project Management Experts is not a lender; all financing terms and interest rates are governed by your agreement with Affirm and it's lending network.
• Any granted refund will be issued directly to the student, either electronically or via check; the student remains responsible for settling their remaining balance and interest with Affirm.
• Interest paid to Affirm or its lending network is not subject to a refund from Project Management Experts.
• Project Management Experts strongly recommends students continue making scheduled payments to Affirm regardless of any pending refund status to protect their credit score.
